Abstract

The article addresses the issue of enhancing the effectiveness of distance learning during wartime through the use of electronic textbooks. In wartime conditions, distance learning has become the primary form of organizing the educational process in general secondary education institutions. The use of electronic textbooks is optimal for improving the efficiency of distance learning. Their interactivity, multimedia features, and accessibility facilitate students’ independent mastery of educational material and foster their cognitive motivation. The principle of visualization, which is particularly relevant in the context of distance learning, is implemented in electronic textbooks through video and audio materials. Additionally, the adaptability of electronic textbooks allows for flexible adjustments to meet the needs of learners, regardless of wartime realities.
