Abstract
The task of ensuring the effective functioning of Ukrainian higher education institutions in under the conditions of open science, which is actively being implemented in the EDP and EPVO, is urgent and extremely important. Readiness for transformative transformations, active implementation of national and institutional policies, development of e-infrastructure of open science are of key importance for the restoration of scientific and educational the potential of Ukrainian higher education institutions, strengthening their ability to actively participate in processes of restoration of Ukraine and its development as a strong European country.
