Abstract

As of today, the use of open educational and scientific information systems is quite relevant. Due to the prolonged quarantine and martial law in Ukraine, many people are forced to change their stable lifestyle, acquire new professions, improve their professional skills, share their experience and self-develop. The introduction of open educational and scientific systems contributes to the democratization and accessibility of education. Regardless of place of residence or socio-economic status, everyone has free access to educational materials or scientific research. That is, in such systems, the concept of "education for all" is supported, which promotes access to quality educational resources. And this, in turn, promotes open access to various scientific publications, the exchange of materials between scientists and the rapid development of science.
