Abstract

The publication analyzes the use of an electronic portfolio as a tool for displaying the results of the work of a scientific and pedagogical employee. The elements and components of the electronic portfolio are presented. The structure of the teacher's electronic portfolio is considered. The availability of an electronic portfolio is one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional training of a scientific and pedagogical worker and reflects the level of his/her readiness to carry out scientific and pedagogical activities. The electronic portfolio as a tool for displaying the results of the work of the research and teaching staff creates conditions for self-realization and self-expression of the teacher (researcher), reflection on their pedagogical activities, formation of success and individual professional growth.
