Abstract
Interactive technologies and multimedia components are actively integrated into the educational and development process. In particular, remote conducting of educational classes and psychological trainings in video mode is becoming increasingly widespread, when the presenter and participants can constantly see and hear each other, thanks to which the cognitive-emotional "immersion" in the educational and development process is strengthened, the effect of presence is created, group dynamics are activated, and the effectiveness of training and psychological work as a whole is increased. In other cases, distance learning courses built on the basis of text mini-lectures, self-analysis exercises, and modeling of actual situations are actively supplemented with video materials and tasks for processing in extra-virtual space, thanks to which the formation of new cognitive-behavioral patterns, abilities and skills is more intensive, and new knowledge is better integrated into students' mental maps.
