Abstract

Young scientists can use NRAT for free access to various materials (dissertations, articles, reports on scientific research, etc.) that can help to conduct scientific research. This is especially important for graduate students when choosing a topic for a dissertation, defining a relevant topic and the direction of further scientific research, outlining existing experience (already defended dissertations) and the work of other scientists in this area. Also, it is advisable to use the resources of NRAT for the selection of scientific literature for the first section of the dissertation, for outlining modern trends in various fields of knowledge, etc.
