Abstract
The information book covers the main activities of the Ukrainian Association of Organizational and Work Psychologists (UAOWP) over the past five years (2018-2022). The book is a continuation of a series of previous publications (handbooks, brochures, informative articles, etc.) on the development of organizational and economic psychology in Ukraine. The book includes 6 parts, which combine 20 sections and present information about the main activities of UAOWP in Ukraine (conducting scientific congresses and conferences, scientific and practical seminars and round tables, scientific schools for training students, PhD and Doctoral students). It also highlights the participation of Ukrainian psychologists in international forums abroad (European and world psychological congresses), where they presented their research findings, as well as the UAOWP's cooperation with international organizations in the field of organizational psychology. Special attention is paid to highlighting the UAOWP's activities in the conditions of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (holding webinars for training psychologists to work in crisis conditions, organization of scientific and practical conferences to share psychologists' work experience, rendering psychological help to the needed, etc.), as well as the cooperation with international partners in support of Ukrainian organizational psychologists during the war. The book also presents the information about the UAOWP's publishing and public activities, as well as corporate traditions and holidays. The book may be of interest to the actual and future members of the UAOWP, as well as to organizational psychology students and university and postgraduate education teachers. It can also help heads of public psychological organizations to study and analyze new trends in psychological research and practice.
