Abstract
The paper presents a selection of information and digital technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of pedagogical research. According to a research team of UNESCO scientists led by D. Kumar, A. Sarma, M. Madhan, B. Kanti-Sen, information and digital technologies that most effectively assess the effectiveness of pedagogical research are based on citation algorithms. In addition to the effectiveness of research and educational work of the researcher, digital technologies with the ability to assess the frequency of citations, modern information and digital analytical programs help to monitor and analyze other aspects: Reputation; Influence; Popularity in the web space. The selection of information and digital technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research includes digital solutions that have algorithms and functions for monitoring and analysis of indicators at each stage of writing a scientific and educational work.
