Abstract
The urgency of the work is due to the need to modernize the learning process in secondary school, bringing it in line with modern achievements of scientific and technological progress, which is the key to training highly qualified, ICT-competent teachers. The project is aimed at developing cloud-based systems of open education in the process of teaching and professional development of teachers, methodological, scientific and methodological, organizational support for the use of modern ICT in teaching and research, increasing the level of information and communication competence of teachers. The need to perform the work is due to the fact that one of the main conditions for improving the quality of teacher training, improving their professional competence, wider use of innovative pedagogical technologies in teaching and research is the introduction of cloud-based open science systems in the educational process. According to the Law of Ukraine on General Secondary Education, general secondary education is provided not only by primary schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, but also by scientific lyceums. In this regard, there is a need for fundamental research on the design and use of cloud-based open science systems in the teaching and professional development of teachers. As a result of the research will be: substantiated and defined the conceptual apparatus, principles, methods and approaches to the use of cloud-based systems of open science in the process of teaching and professional development of teachers; the means and services necessary for designing of systems of open science in educational process are defined. It was found out that Ukraine has already implemented international projects in recent years, dedicated to the implementation of the principles of open science in educational institutions. However, these projects are not aimed at introducing new approaches and technologies in the process of teacher training.
