Abstract
Theses cover the issues of empirical research of psychological determinants of dialogic communication of subjects of pedagogical interaction. As a result of research it is established that dialogic communication is determined by a number of psychological factors, namely: readiness for dialogic interpersonal relations, sociability, development of empathy.
