Abstract

The theses focus on the innovative vector of development of the information society and the spiritual sphere, which will entail major cardinal changes in active open educational systems that will have the role of leaders, teachers, students, and society transformed. It is also indicated that for the information civilization and the information society in Ukraine, the development of which must be synchronized not only with European countries, but also with all countries on a planetary scale, it is information management that is inherently inherent in the civilizational attribute and fundamental type, which is based on information, knowledge, technology.
