Abstract
An aspect of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational sphere, in particular, civic education, the development of theoretical foundations and the introduction of ICTs in educational practice is relevant to modern pedagogical science. The experience of the implementation of civic education in a computer-based learning environment is rich in experience. The Kingdom of Niederland, one of the first European countries, has introduced civil education into the education system and created the necessary conditions for the formation of citizens' qualities in students and young people.
