Abstract

The paper highlights the issue of preserving electronic records storage and security problems of computer systems that combined network; Posted reasons and obstacles in the rational use of storage resources, and given examples of usage statistics for the storage of electronic information resources for library managers establishments NAPS Ukraine in the preparation of reporting institutions for the performance materials research topics for the whole institution for labs or departments of that institution and by their researchers, as the number of publications and their volume.
