Abstract
Modern technologies such as web, virtual, cloud radically changing schools, the educational process, the nature of education and its accessibility. Creation of a common information space will provide access to cloud services all schools, teachers, students and even parents who ensure the implementation of the educational process of virtual learning technologies and management, such as "virtual teachers'." Materials of this article is devoted to defining educational cloud types, forms and necessary components using cloud technology activities supported in the cloud, the possibility of using cloud technology to organize "virtual teachers '", the definition of "virtual teachers'" her principles, defined document types for the use of "virtual teachers '" are three advantages to implement "virtual teachers'" outlines its basic structural units
