Abstract
Information and communication technologies are today among the main components of educational technology. Their use brings new forms of student activity into the classroom, gives an opportunity to comprehend new, and prerequisite for the introduction of competence-based approach into a primary school. The use of ICT in the educational process of young learners provides the opportunity to form motivation for learning by creating a situation of success through tasks feasible for the learner, the differentiation of the educational process, drawing on psychological and educational characteristics of the children. Organization of independent work on the training material can be carried out using a multi-level, reproductive, partly retrieval, creative, research tasks.
