Abstract
The design and implementation of cloud-oriented systems of open science is determined by the goal of ensuring both high productivity and ease of use in education and professional development of teachers. In the European space, the vision of global open science is realized through an ambitious program - European Open Science Cloud. Open science encompasses all scientific disciplines and aspects of scientific practice. Open science is based on three main "whales": open access to scientific publications, open research data, open collaboration. Open science usually refers to the following aspects: open data; open access; open peer review; open source; open educational resources; citizen science. A number of digital projects and initiatives contributed to the development of open science: open archives, libraries and repositories, specialized social networks, databases and scientometric services, etc. The survey of teachers of general secondary education institutions of Ukraine regarding the state of use of open science services gives grounds for asserting that teachers are hardly familiar with the paradigm of open science. Certain difficulties may arise during the implementation of a cloud-oriented methodical system for training teachers of natural and mathematical subjects to work in a scientific lyceum. Differentiate micro-level, meso-level and macro-level obstacles. Using the advantages of cloud-oriented services of open science in scientific and educational activities will contribute to the improvement of its quality and efficiency, the wider use of services of open science, and the improvement of the level of training of education personnel.
