Abstract

This publication presents the results of an analytical assessment of the digital transformation of the Digital Library of the NAES of Ukraіne, based on a study of the use of its resources during martial law using the IRStats 2 statistical module and the Google Analytics 4 information and analytics system, in comparison with peacetime. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of traffic, download trends, user geography, and behavioral characteristics are analyzed. The importance of analytical tools as a component of managing the digital transformation of the scientific and educational environment is substantiated. The results confirm that analytical support is an essential component of the digital transformation of an digital library, which, under martial law, performs the following functions: ensuring open access to research results; supporting remote research and educational activities; integrating into the international information space; and fostering the institution’s digital resilience. Analytical tools enable a rapid response to changes in user behavior and the adaptation of the digital infrastructure.
