Abstract

The collection contains materials from the Report Scientific and Practical Conference. The reports of the conference participants identified scientific approaches to solving issues of developing open scientific and educational systems, integrating artificial intelligence technologies, mobile and cloud-based learning, and presented the results of research in the field of digital transformation of education, comparative analysis of information and educational innovations, the use of open data and FAIR principles, the development of digital competence of teaching staff and the introduction of modern technologies into the educational process. The collection is addressed to scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers, postgraduate students, students of higher education institutions, and everyone who is interested in the use of digital technologies in teaching, scientific and scientific and pedagogical activities. The materials were printed in the author's edition, approved during the discussion at the conference.
