Abstract
This publication monitors the usage of the website of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraіne using the IRStats 2 statistical module and the Google Analytics 4 information and analytics system during martial law, comparing it to the peacetime period. The monitoring revealed a steady user presence even during periods of active hostilities. During certain periods, an increase in the number of visits to the electronic repository was observed, indicating a heightened need for remote access to scientific materials. Publications submitted by researchers at the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraіne to the Digital Library of the NAES of Ukraіne serve as an open data source for scientometric platforms and are freely accessible on an open scientometric platform with broad subject and language coverage, i.e., they are indexed by Google Scholar. The system automatically collects citation data and calculates the Hirsch index for the research institution. The results confirm that the digital transformation of the website contributes to: ensuring the continuity of research activities; increasing the openness of research results; expanding international scientific collaboration; and building the institution’s digital resilience. The integration of analytical tools enables data-driven management, which is particularly important under martial law. A research institution’s website is a strategic element of the digital transformation of the scientific and educational environment. The use of IRStats 2 and Google Analytics 4 ensures comprehensive monitoring of the research institution’s performance. Under martial law, the website of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraіne demonstrates stable operation and growing international visibility. Thus, using the IRStats 2 statistical module and the Google Analytics 4 system, it is possible to conduct high-quality monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of educational web resources over specific periods, as well as to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of traffic.
