Abstract

The Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education has transitioned to a new educational model for the training and advanced training of specialists, replacing the traditional classical educational space with a virtual and networked one, digital transformation of all areas of the Institute's activities, ensuring that all participants in the educational process have equal access to services, information and knowledge provided on the basis of information and communication technologies. In accordance with the BINPO Development Strategy for 2020-2025, the BINPO Digitalization Concept for 2022-2026, its digital transformation involves the creation of a modern digital educational institution undergoing radical digitalization of the management system, educational and scientific activities.
