Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the issues of the technology of forming the digital competence of scientists when working with web-based automated information systems. The essence of the concept of technology is revealed, the features of the technology of forming the digital competence of scientists when working with electronic encyclopedic publications are described. The publications of researchers on the use of web-based educational systems, the formation of the digital competence of scientists in scientific activity are analyzed. An analysis of effective forms, methods and measures aimed at the formation of the digital competence of scientists is carried out. A description of the experience of the scientific department on the study of the technology of forming the digital competence of scientists when working with web-based automated information systems is given. The stages of the formation of the digital competence of scientists when working with the open Internet platform “Ukrainian Electronic Encyclopedia of Education” are analyzed. The presentation focuses on the description of effective organizational forms of forming digital knowledge when working on adding articles to the electronic encyclopedia. The issues of forms and methods of forming digital skills and abilities in working on articles are outlined, from the process of choosing an article template to skills in working with a resource and using methods and forms for entering media files. The focus is on effective forms of digital communication in working with an electronic encyclopedia. An analysis of a survey conducted among the editors of the “Ukrainian Electronic Encyclopedia of Education” was carried out, aimed at identifying the level of digital knowledge, as well as the level of formation of digital skills, abilities and implementation of digital communication. Based on the analysis of the conducted research, the basic, average and advanced levels of development of digital knowledge were identified according to the cognitive criterion, the initial, basic and average levels of development of digital skills and abilities according to the operational-activity criterion, and the average level of formation of digital competence according to the value-motivational and reflective criteria.
