Abstract

This paper explores the potential of digital platforms in adult lifelong learning as tools for psychological support and motivation. It highlights how features such as chats, video conferencing, gamification, and analytics reduce stress, enhance engagement, and personalize the learning experience. Special attention is given to the flexibility and accessibility of digital education, alongside challenges such as the digital divide, insufficient digital literacy, and data privacy issues. The author emphasizes future opportunities for integrating VR, AR, and artificial intelligence into the evolving digital learning environment.
