Abstract
The electronic training course is designed to enhance knowledge and practical skills in organizing occupational health and safety (OHS) in vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions under martial law. The course focuses on the effective organization of OHS instruction, the delivery of safety briefings, knowledge assessment, and the implementation of innovative approaches to ensure the safety of both staff and students. The course aims to prepare teaching staff to deliver OHS topics using modern information technologies and digital tools, including mobile applications and online resources that help optimize the learning process. Special attention is given to the legal and regulatory framework of occupational safety, safety requirements during wartime, the procedure for conducting safety briefings, and the development of first aid skills using mobile apps. The course is based on the principles of interactivity and practical orientation, and it fosters the formation of a modern approach to occupational safety management in vocational education institutions. The electronic training course has been developed in accordance with the integrated topic of the BINPO research project “Labor Market Trendwatching in the System of Training and Advanced Professional Development of Specialists in the Context of Ukraine’s Post-War Recovery” (0122U202007, 2022–2025).
