Abstract

The publication is devoted to the problem of developing the digital competence of researchers and pedagogical staff using the information and analytical system “Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science”. The use of this system integrates different components: analytical skills (research competence), managerial vision (organizational competence) and ethical and social attitudes (cross-cutting competence). This makes it a valuable element in the development of digital competence of specialists in the educational and scientific fields. "The Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science enables more systematic management of the development of science in Ukraine. Thanks to it, scientific institutions and universities can assess their progress in dynamics, which will provide society and authorities with a transparent tool for assessing and improving the competitiveness of Ukrainian science.
