Abstract

This paper sets out to consider the functioning of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine web portal as a tool for scientific and informational support for pedagogical science and the formation of a modern educational environment. The efficacy of the latter in the dissemination of research results and the integration of Ukrainian science into the global information and educational space has been demonstrated. Electronic bibliographic resources, series of biobibliographic publications and scientific and auxiliary bibliographic indexes are described. The portal's contribution to the popularisation of innovative pedagogical practices, the development of the information culture of the educational community, and the enhancement of the international visibility of Ukrainian scientists is highlighted.
