Abstract

To ensure the sustainable development of professional competence of teachers in higher education institutions, the participants of the scientific panel formulated a number of recommendations aimed at strengthening the systematicity, coherence and innovation of educational practices. They take into account modern challenges, the needs of the teaching community and digitalization trends, ensuring an effective combination of theoretical and practical aspects of advanced training.
