Abstract
The article examines the implementation of the Microsoft Teams digital platform in the professional training of skilled workers in the machine-building industry. The main stages of integrating the platform into the educational process are identified, including the organization of synchronous and asynchronous learning, optimization of communication among participants, and the use of assessment tools to monitor learning outcomes. The study analyzes the platform’s potential to increase learner motivation, support individualized learning pathways, and ensure effective tracking of students’ progress. The feasibility of using Microsoft Teams as an efficient tool for creating a flexible and adaptive digital learning environment within the vocational education system of the machine-building sector is substantiated.
