Abstract
The article examines the essence and potential of applying crowd technologies in the management of educational institutions. The author analyses the main types of crowd mechanisms — crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, crowd-recruiting, and crowd-marketing — and outlines their role in developing an innovative management culture. Special attention is paid to intellectual crowdsourcing, the use of social media, and massive open online courses as tools for collective interaction. The study argues that the integration of crowd technologies into educational management enhances communication efficiency, transparency of decision-making, and the engagement of teachers and social partners in educational development.
