Abstract

The methodical manual reflects modern views on the possibilities of teaching children with special educational needs in the process of specially organized corrective and developmental training, the issue of the content and teaching methods of the integrated course "Getting to know nature" in grades 5-6 in special institutions of general secondary education for children with disabilities of intellectual development and institutions of general secondary education with special classes for children with disabilities of intellectual development is revealed. The manual is addressed to teachers, psychologists, specialists-consultants of the IRC; to parents of children with special needs, all interested users.
