Abstract
The methodological guidelines highlight the psychodidactic approach to the development and use of next-generation textbooks, define the main requirements for new-format educational publications, and describe their structural components. The proposed learning technology is based on the use of specially designed developmental educational texts that enrich students’ cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive, and intentional experience through the content of school education. The document presents a psychodidactic typology of developmental educational texts and provides examples of various text types. Methods for working with educational texts are also discussed. These methodological guidelines are intended for school teachers, specialists in psychology, pedagogy, and teaching methodology, education organizers, and students of pedagogical universities. The recommendations address students’ development within the framework of the psychodidactic approach.
