Abstract

The author updates the problem of improving the teaching of psychological and pedagogical disciplines in higher education institutions of Ukraine in the context of integration into the European educational space, digitalization and social transformations. The author justifies the increased attention to this topic by the need to ensure psychological support and resilience of subjects of the educational process; effective adaptation of the education system to extreme conditions; preparation of society for recovery and development in the post-war period. Improving the quality of teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines is considered as a condition for maximizing the effectiveness of providing educational services for different segments of the population throughout life, which contributes to the sustainable development of territorial communities and increases the social significance of professional education.
