Abstract

The publication analyzes the individual components of the methodology for developing the digital competence of researchers and pedagogical staff using the ERIH PLUS reference database. The development of a methodology for the development of digital competence of researchers and research and teaching staff using the ERIH PLUS abstract database on the Dimensions platform can be structured in several stages, the main of which are presented in the publication. This methodology will not only increase the level of digital competencies of researchers, but will also contribute to the effectiveness of their research activities through the effective use of international reference databases.The use of ERIH PLUS on the Dimensions platform allows users to easily find and evaluate high-quality scientific sources, which is especially important for researchers, graduate students and students working in the humanities and social sciences. The inclusion of journals in this database opens up access to scientific materials for international researchers and increases the citation of authors in scientific works around the world.
