Abstract

The report reveals the impact of digitalization on the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions. It is emphasized that andragogical competence is improved through the use of digital tools in the professional activities of higher education teachers. Attention is focused on the fact that the professionalism of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions is interconnected with the development of digital environment technologies.
