Abstract
The methodological recommendations focus on the integration of the Microsoft Teams (TEAMS) digital platform for professional training of qualified workers in the machine-building industry. The purpose is to organize effective remote learning by incorporating modern information and communication technologies. Key objectives include developing educational courses with virtual labs and simulators, implementing personalized learning trajectories, and enhancing knowledge assessment through digital tools. The advantages of using TEAMS lie in providing real-time access to interactive materials, enabling virtual practical sessions, facilitating collaborative work, and offering flexibility in managing personalized learning paths. In the educational process, TEAMS supplements traditional teaching methods, supports knowledge control through digital assessments, and fosters continuous professional development through self-paced learning.
