Abstract
This article explores the capabilities and benefits of using electronic systems for monitoring and assessing the professional activities of teachers in general education institutions. It focuses on ensuring objectivity, reliability, and transparency in evaluation processes. Systems like ExamSoft and Schoology allow for effective assessment of competencies and pedagogical skills, integrating various evaluation methods and promoting professional development. Tools such as Teachscape provide a comprehensive overview of professional activities, including observation, self-assessment, and student feedback. The use of Quizlet and Kahoot for interactive learning and assessment illustrates how teachers' digital competencies can enhance the quality of the educational process. The article emphasizes the need to adapt innovative approaches to the Ukrainian educational context.
