Abstract

The article examines the problem of the creation of a clear, current handyman, revealing the importance of handcrafting in the minds of the military camp. A number of documents are listed that regulate the activities of educators and book publishers in the creation of new assistants, initial assistants and other activities. It is important to understand “podruchnik”, “expert”, “expertise”, “expert vysnovok” etc. Expertise criteria have been identified: scientific-methodological, psychological-pedagogical, anti-discrimination. The psychological basis of motivation for assistants and initial assistants has been elucidated.
