Abstract

The primary goal of this professional development program is to update instructors' methodological toolkit. Traditional teaching methods are not always effective in remote learning environments. Therefore, vocational school instructors need to acquire knowledge and skills in developing and using modern electronic learning resources, organizing, and supporting the assessment of learners' educational achievements in distance learning environments. Instructors-tutors who possess competencies in distance (blended) learning are more competitive in the job market. State standards for vocational education also require vocational school instructors to have competencies in distance learning.
