Abstract
The primary goal of this professional development program is to cultivate a new generation of specialists equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to organize and provide methodological support for distance (or blended) learning in the realm of post-graduate pedagogical education. This can be achieved through: updating participants' knowledge and skills on current issues related to the organization, methodological support, and facilitation of distance (or blended) learning; mastering contemporary methods and technologies for distance (or blended) learning, as well as developing instructional materials and recommendations; fostering competencies necessary for working in the context of distance learning (pedagogical competence, information and communication technology competence, methodological competence, communicative competence, research competence); and developing a professional community of distance (or blended) learning specialists in post-graduate pedagogical education institutions.
