Abstract

The development of the European market of corporate digital education platforms is accelerating due to: the growing need for staff training and development in the context of rapid technological progress and business digitalization; the pandemic, companies quickly switched to distance learning, which revealed the potential and need for digital education platforms. This has led to an increase in popularity and investment in the sector. In Europe, there is a multi-pronged approach to the development of corporate digital education platforms. They offer a wide range of services, from online courses and webinars to interactive trainings and tools for internal self-study. In addition, the platforms are actively using innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and virtual reality to improve learning efficiency.
