Abstract

The definition of methodological approaches in pedagogical research is of great importance for the qualitative and systematic development and conduct of scientific research in the field of education. Methodological approaches determine the general course of research, its logic, structure and methodology. The development of a digital platform for the professional training of skilled workers requires a comprehensive approach that combines an understanding of the needs of the audience, modern teaching methods, the use of technology, an assessment system, and constant adaptation to change, which can be ensured by adhering to the following methodological approaches: personality-oriented, technological, systemic, and informational.
