Abstract

In the conditions of martial law, drastic changes in society, economy, science, there is a need to ensure the personal and professional development of the teacher in the conditions of formal, informal and informal education. This, in turn, involves the personalization of education, the expansion of remote and mixed learning opportunities, the use of many educational tools, and the development of new teacher functions. That is why there is an urgent question of creating an individual educational trajectory of professional and personal development of a teacher in the digital environment of a higher or postgraduate education institution.
