Abstract

In theses, the author reveals the importance of the transformation of the content of the professional development of pedagogical workers in the conditions of open education, which is due to the need to overcome a number of contradictions, in particular between: modern demands of society for the personality of a pedagogical worker of an educational institution and the quality of his professional activity; the need for a fundamental change in the nature of relationships between all participants in the educational process and the unpreparedness of a large part of pedagogical workers for the corresponding changes; new requirements of society and social requests for the level of professional competence and mastery of pedagogical workers of educational institutions and the unpreparedness of the modern education system for their full satisfaction.
