Abstract
The article analyzes domestic and foreign experience in the implementation and use of artificial intelligence in education and science, showing that researchers have sufficiently identified the threats, advantages, and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in the educational process of higher education institutions. It was found that Ukrainian researchers narrowly describe their own practical experience of using artificial intelligence in working with students, and the use of artificial intelligence in working with postgraduates remains under-researched. A historical analysis of teaching the discipline "Information and Communication Technologies of Learning, Management, and Support of Scientific and Educational Research" was carried out. It was determined that in 2024, considering the current trends in the implementation and use of artificial intelligence in education and science, the instructors of the discipline "Information and Communication Technologies of Learning, Management, and Support of Scientific and Educational Research" see it as appropriate to update the curriculum and syllabus by including the topic "Use of artificial intelligence models in scientific and educational activities" in the 2nd module of the discipline "Information and Communication Technologies of Learning, Management, and Support of Scientific and Educational Research." The main components of the updated 2024 curriculum for the discipline "Information and Communication Technologies of Learning, Management, and Support of Scientific and Educational Research" are described, namely: the purpose and objectives of the discipline, the knowledge, skills, and competencies that postgraduates acquire in the process of studying the discipline, program competencies, program learning outcomes, the curriculum of the discipline, the structure of the discipline, teaching methods of the discipline, control methods of the discipline, and information and methodological support of the discipline.
