Abstract

The author reveals the essence of the concept of professional development of pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical workers. The peculiarities of managing the professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers are revealed, the methodological aspects of the goals, content and technologies of the professional development of teachers of educational institutions in the conditions of open education are characterized.
