Abstract

The article carries out a theoretical analysis of the concepts of "soft skills", "hard skills". Based on scientific publications, the most important soft skills that contribute to successful professional results are analyzed. Innovative approaches to the formation of technology for the formation of soft skills among vocational education students have been determined.
