Abstract
The Instruction substantiates the methodological guidelines of psychological analysis (paradigm of learning activity, psychological structure of activity and competence of the ability to learn), defines the purpose and subject of psychological analysis of educational materials, explains the structure of the system-forming psychological competence "ability to learn", highlights the main components of the structure of learning activity (value-motivational , educational actions and control and evaluation), the parameters that reveal the content of each of the psychological components of educational materials are given. As training material, examples from specific textbooks are offered, on which the ability to practically recognize the representation of a certain parameter of psychological analysis in the context of a living textbook is developed. The instruction is primarily addressed to expert psychologists, expert teachers and authors of educational literature, but will be useful to all those interested in this topic: subject teachers, methodologists, heads of general secondary education institutions.
