Abstract
In the article, the author examines the features of using cloud technologies for the organization of student training in institutions of professional pre-higher education in the direction of "Telecommunications". The relevance of the implementation of cloud technologies for the formation of professional qualities of students is substantiated, scientific sources are analyzed, which testify that the quality of student training with the help of a combination of electronic learning, cloud technologies and computing increases the quality and effectiveness of education. The domestic and foreign experience of introducing cloud technologies into modern educational practice is summarized. Features, advantages and disadvantages of blended learning and cloud technologies are considered. A survey was conducted of the teachers of the institutions - Kyiv College of Communications and Kyiv Professional College of Electronic Devices, regarding their use of cloud technologies and the advantages they see when working with them. Teaching disciplines in the field of "Telecommunications" are listed, and an analysis is made of the tools teachers use in their activities, when conducting practical, laboratory, seminar, or lecture classes. After analyzing the survey, the author showed that more than 94% of teachers use cloud technologies in mixed and distance learning when working with students in the field of "Telecommunications". The professional competences of future specialists are described, and it is determined that one of the main tasks of the teacher is to correctly distribute the educational material, to find out what needs to be covered in the classroom, what can be learned, studied and completed at home, what tasks to offer for individual classes, and which - for group work in the organization of mixed learning.
