Abstract
The publication analyzes the role of artificial intelligence technologies in the scientific and pedagogical activities of educational institutions, which have a wide range of opportunities for the development and improvement of the practice of educational institutions. The following methods were used during the research: document analysis, comparative and systematic analysis. The methodological basis of the research was made up of classic and modern works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of digital transformation of education and artificial intelligence. Legislative and regulatory documents in the field of digitalization of education and science, program documents and statistical data served as the source base of the research. The conducted research allows us to conclude that the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the practice of modern scientific and educational institutions should be carried out in two directions: the introduction of digital services and tools based on artificial intelligence in the activities of higher education institutions, the development and inclusion of disciplines and educational courses on artificial intelligence in training plans for students of all fields and specialties. The combination of teachers with artificial intelligence is the future direction in the field of education and science. The use of artificial intelligence helps in creating individualized training programs, increasing the effectiveness of training, providing access to quality education and enriching the educational process.
