Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of modeling educational digital ecosystems. The authors substantiated the multidimensional, multifunctional, innovative model of the open digital ecosystem "Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education" (UOUPE), which provides an individual trajectory of professional development of teachers, the authors also characterized the separate functions, trends and technologies of educational activity. The model is presented in the format of six projections – graphic images of structural parts of a whole object, therefore it provides for its more detailed visualization. The selected format reflects the system structure, the organizational levels and structural components, the sequence of functioning stages of the entire system and the peculiarities of separate processes. This format also demonstrates the interrelation between the goal and the result, and also reflects the content of educational process. Six projections of the model highlight the following components: the modular multifunctional structure of open digital ecosystem of UOUPE, the digital ecosystem of UOUPE, the management of UOUPE, the procedural model of system functioning, the organization of educational process, the individual educational trajectory – the andragogic cycle. Attention is focused on the properties of UOUPE digital ecosystem, as well as its innovative character and the possibilities of functioning in crisis conditions. The authors characterized three levels of UOUPE functioning: administrative, department and individual activities, which are connected on the basis of multifaceted goal and consolidated leadership in the team. There were revealed the features of model functioning at each separate level, with accent made on such aspects as the experience gained in the sphere of ensuring the education quality, as well as the activities of virtual departments and curators‐tutors. Special attention is paid to the individual trajectory of professional development of teachers, which is presented in andragogic cycle projection. It is specified that the educational process in UOUPE digital ecosystem actualizes the development and introduction of practice – oriented fundamentally new technologies that provide high motivation and effectiveness of professional development. The effectiveness of mastering the educational content and the development of students' competencies are ensured by the use of EdTech, experience technologies, and digital science parks. There have been specified the prospects for further research of UOUPE digital ecosystem.
