Abstract
The article deals with issues of professional development/self-development of employees of educational institutions. The essence of the concept of "professional self-development" is analyzed. Attention is focused on the importance of professionalism of a modern specialist and the ways to achieve it. In particular, the importance of marketing communications as a mechanism of professional self-development is substantiated. 5 levels of professionalism are distinguished: pre-professionalism, professionalism, super-professionalism (mastery), pseudo-professionalism, post-professionalism. The following indicators are used to judge the level of professionalism: professionally important qualities; professional knowledge, skills and abilities; acmeological invariants; professional motivation/self-motivation; ability to self-regulate and stress resistance; adaptability (especially in conditions of uncertainty and risk). The main ways in the structure of professionalism of an employee of an educational institution are: formation of a productive self-concept of a specialist-professional; identification of the acmeological potential of the employee, development of reserves of his functional capabilities when performing professional activities; development of the creative potential of an employee of an educational institution; development of motivation for professional achievements in professional activity; formation of the employee's professional readiness for highly effective educational activities, including in extreme conditions, risk and uncertainty; development of acmeological competence of an employee of an educational institution. The structure of the adaptive model for predicting the professional development/self-development of an education worker in conditions of uncertainty and risk during the entire conscious life is presented. This structure contains the following blocks: target (goal, task), methodological (methodological principles), analytical (levels of professionalism, psychological barriers, acmeological factors), technological (mission, acmeogram, author's system of self-development, implementation of the planned), effective (pragmatic and psychological results). To predict the trajectory of professional development/self-development (especially in extreme conditions of risk and uncertainty), it is advisable to use the mechanisms of acme-futuring and cate-chrising. Developed on the basis of fundamental and synergistic acmeology, the adaptive model of forecasting the professional development/self-development of an employee of an educational institution forms the basis for the development of acme-synergistic technology of professional development/self-development and the implementation of the process of self-realization on the way to achieving mastery level ("Acme").
